The book fair will be open for the Public at 9.30 am -9.00 pm on every Day. 19Th of September they are having Suwarna Pustaka Award Ceremony . 20Th September will be the opening day of the book fair and 28Th September will be the last day of this fair .Another thing is this year the Fair is Celebrating 10Th Anniversary. This year the Media Coverage done by Derana TV (Electronic Media) and Lankadeepa (Print Media). For this fair Entrance is Free of Charge

They Had A Problem With Space And They Shifted This Exhibition To BMICH.This Year They Are Celibrating 10Th Anniversary.

Venue: BMICH International Book Fair is the biggest exhibition showcasing the publications for Sri Lankan readers. This attracts visitors from small kids to the senior most citizens. All the foremost book publishers and bookshops setup their bookstalls. The fair attracts hundreds of thousands of readers from every corner of the country. The week-long Book Fair is scheduled in September to celebrate the literary month.
